Thomas David “Tom” Holler, 68, of Youngsville passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Tom was born in 1952 in Sheboygan, WI. He attended Trinity Lutheran Grade School, Sheboygan High School and graduated in 1975 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Oceanography, Botany, and Limnology. He married Debra Holler in 1976. Tom worked for KW Muth and Ametek-Plymouth Products Inc. in Sheboygan, WI. While living in Sheboygan, Tom was an active member of the Sheboygan Jaycees. He and his family moved to Glastonbury, CT in 1995. Tom worked for Cuno, Meridan, CT, a division of 3M, until retiring in 2007 as a marketing executive in the Filtration industry. Tom continued to be employed after retirement as a contract employee working in the United States, Europe and Asia. Upon his retirement in 2007, Tom and his wife moved to Tellico Village, Loudon, TN where Tom was an active member of the Togua Golf Club and the Tellico Village Fishing Club. Tom and his wife moved to Youngsville, NC in 2019 to be close to family as Tom battled Bladder Cancer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arden Holler, his mother, Doris Koehn Holler, his father-in-law, Kenneth Utech and mother-in-law, Mildred Grams Utech.
He is survived by his wife, Debra A. Holler of Youngsville, NC, son, Peter T. Holler and wife Alicia Cardone Holler of Boston, MA, daughter, Elizabeth L. Holler Kalinowski and husband Kevin Kalinowski of Wake Forest, NC, son, Benjamin S. Holler and fiance’ Terry Hoppe of Chattanooga, TN, granddaughters, Emma Kalinowski and Eleanor Kalinowski, sister, Sue Carroll of Sarasota, FL, brother, Jeff Holler and wife Lana Holler of Oostburg, WI, brother, Scott Holler and wife Marcie Holler of Sheboygan, WI, brother, Jim Holler and wife Kristi Holler of Sheboygan, WI and nieces and nephews.
A Family Memorial Service will be held at Tellico Lake, Loudon, TN at a later date.
A memorial is being established in Tom's name for the Tellico Village Fishing Club.
