Varian Farmer Lopez

Varian Farmer Lopez, 78 of Raleigh, formerly of Miami, Florida, passed away December 4, 2021 at Rex Hospital. She was born May 31, 1943 to John and Lena Farmer. She graduated from Broughton High School.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, three sons, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and only sister Sylvia Farmer Beasley.

She was active in her church, played bridge and canasta, was a fabulous seamstress, worked with Raleigh and Miami Garden Clubs, was a labor and delivery nurse in Miami, loved to travel the world and take adventures with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren!

Keep bouncing around the enchanted forest, Mrs. Peter Pan!!

The Lopez family is being cared for by Bright Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m. The family will be gathering at the Real McCoy's Restaurant in Wake Forest and any who would like to join them are welcome.
