Victor Bonett, 76, of Franklinton, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, May 20, 2019 after a long battle with dementia. He was born in Sliema, Malta, son of the late Carmelo and Mary Bonett. Victor was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle. He will be remembered for his fun loving outgoing personality, kind heart and caring nature. He will be forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
Victor was predeceased by his beloved wife Doris Bonett in 2015, and his two brothers: John Bonett and Paul Bonett.
Victor is survived by his children: Rita Bonett of Franklinton, Diane Zammit and her husband, Alfred of Franklinton, Frankie Bonett and his wife, Julie of Youngsville; his grandchildren: Lacy, Keith and Kaylee; great-grandchildren; Layla, Emma, James and Isaiah; and two brothers: Frank Bonett and Robbie Bonett both of Malta.
The family will visit with friends and extended family from 10:00-11:00 am on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Bright Funeral Home, 405 S. Main St. Wake Forest, NC 27587. Victor’s memorial service will begin in the Chapel at 11:00 am.
The family request you wear something blue as a tribute to Victor since that was his favorite color.
