Virgie Richardson Denton

Virgie Richardson Denton, 92, of Wake Forest passed away on Monday September 24, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Wake County the daughter of the late Euzelia Lowery Richardson and Henry Richardson and was preceded in death by her husband; Wallace Denton, a son; Reid Denton and a brother; Joe Richardson.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 o’clock Thursday morning September 27, 2018 at Pine Forest Memorial Garden with the Rev. Robert Faile officiating.

Mrs. Denton is survived by her sons; Tony Denton, Stanley Denton and his wife Cynthia all of Wake Forest, grandchildren; Amy Marshall and husband David of Youngsville, Michael Denton of Lincoln Nebraska, a great grandchild; Erin Marshall, a sister-in-law Kathy Richardson of Wake Forest, several nieces and nephews.

Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions can be made to the Golden Circle Ladies of Glen Royal Baptist Church 731 Elizabeth Ave. Wake Forest, NC 27587.
