I didn't know you passed. No one told me. I miss you, my best friend. You will never be forgotten as long as I'm alive. I never remember not knowing you. We were together in cribs. You're every summer memory I have. Rest In Peace. I'll see you soon, if I'm lucky Much love, Lark

Vernon "Tink" Scarboro - "Brother" as your sister Beth fondly called you. Beth and I were friends and partners in crime at the Parole Commission. I want to express my condolences and God Bless you and family.

To Beth's family. I am saddened by the passing of Beth. She was always so loving and compassionate towards people. I had just recently got back in touch with her on face book. I saw the struggle she had with the passing of her Mother. She is rejoicing now with all her loved ones. As much as we hate to lose someone there is comfort also that she is no longer in pain. May God watch over the family at this time and give them strength to get through it. Miss you "BEFF"

I've worked in the same building with Beth for many years. She was a sweet, sweet person. She had a smile and a kind word for everybody. She will be missed at our building.

Dear Dwayne and family, Beth and I had some tough times when first we met, but became friends over the years of high school. We shared a love for cats, and belief in treating others with kindness. I am shocked and sad to hear of her passing, but happy to know she is resting now with our Lord, and her parents, and no longer suffering with physical pain. She was a sweet, loving person, who I know will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you and extended family and friends as you try to cope with this loss. May you find peace and comfort through God's love, and the many prayers made on your behalf. With sympathy, Beth Bass Mathieu

Not many people were blessed to have a double cousin. We have shared so much together. Life won't be the same ever again. I know the family was there with open arms for you. We'll all be together again. Keep a watchful eye over us. Love you Beth.

To Dwayne and family members of Beth
We loved Beth at work and will miss her both personally and professionally. Thank you for sharing her with us. Words are hard to express our loss and yours but the world is a better place because of Beth and the victims she helped would agree.

I'm going to miss my BFF, Beff, AKA - Ethel. Even if we went a while and didn't talk, when we did, it was like we just got off the phone a few minutes ago. I still have stuff in my drawer to send you throughout the year.. coloring book, cats.. just random stuff I know you like. I'll miss your cheese pennies.. I'll miss you! But I know you are still around. Still watching over those you love. No more pain for you.. Ever again, for that, I'm grateful. I love you - you'll always be in my heart, a part of my heart... always, my friend.
