I am so heartbroken to hear of Logan's passing! He was an absolutely precious and amazing boy! It was such a treasure to be his teacher in fourth grade. I loved Logan so much! He had such a kind and caring heart for others and a beautiful smile that could brighten your day. His sweetness was such a gift to all who knew him. Logan LOVED all his CJ Teachers. When we moved he even told me he was going to miss his teachers as much as his friends.

My sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort knowing that one day "all those in the memorial tombs will here his voice and come out." - John 5:28, 29
Message from Marie

Iโ€™m so sorry about your son Logan. The loss of such a young one is the most trying of times. While it is indeed heartbreaking that you are mourning his loss, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will continue to fondly reflect on his seemingly small, yet precious memories. However, take confidence in knowing that just as you have memories, Almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as explained in this faith strengthening video https://vimeo.com/203513162. God promises that he will give us the โ€œโ€ฆpower beyond what is normal,โ€ (2 Corinthians 4:7) to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry or that we forget, but it means we recover. We recover because of our hope of a resurrection that Jesus himself talked about in John 5:28, โ€... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out .โ€ The Bible likens our hope to an anchor. Just like an anchor stabilizes a ship, our hope stabilizes us, keeps us from drowning in overwhelming sadness. 2 Corinthians 1:3 describes our Creator as, โ€... the God of all comfort .โ€ One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort be your comfort now during this time of sorrow until you see her again.
